Exterior and Grounds

Much nicer when it's green, but still real nice. A hotub would be very appropriate at the North end of the house for the guests to relax and enjoy the breathtaking view. A large firepit area (or multiple) would be added at appropriate places on the property. It would also be the intention of Craig and Jennifer to add an Organic Garden that would supply as much as possible of Global Bed and Breakfast's fresh produce (a greenhouse could be added in the future). A large front fence (Ie. Stone could be added to this property to add curb appeal and also added security if an electronic gate was added in the future. The property already has a home security system (monitoring fire as well) that is tied into the local authorities - police was unintentionally tested on one of the viewings and I saw them speed by within 4 minutes of the alarm being triggered. Please also note that one could throw a rock from the south end of this property and land it on the 'Meadowlands Golf Course' which I would intend to get a 'rotating membership' that could be shared amoung guests and a golf cart that we could drive right onto the course from the Bed and Breakfast with.

Our 8 channel DVR is one of Asianwolf's most advanced units. Developed for home and commercial use this simple, user friendly, DVR system is simple to set up and install. The unit features real time recording at 240 frames per second which equals to 30 frames per second per camera at a maximum resolution of 720x480 pixels. This DVR has 8 channels with 4 audio in, 2 audio out, USB, DVD-R, & TV OUT capability!! It allows live display, record, playback, back-up and network operation, all at the same time. This unit can even have web surveillance that will support up to 5 users simultaneously. This DVR is incredibly easy to set up. All you need to do is unscrew 7 screws from the top cover of the DVR. Once done, plug the unit in and turn on the power. Allow a few minutes for it to initialize and it's ready to use. It's that simple.The hard drive for the DVR is sold separately, but can be purchased through us. We offer either a 250 GB hard drive that will record continuously for approximately 4 days or a 500 GB hard drive that will record continuously for approximately 9 days. It is also password protected so no one can go in and change your settings while you are not there. With advanced settings for motion detection, scheduled motion detection recording (there are 4 different adjustable factors for the motion detection sensitivity) and a convenient search function, customized environment can be achieved. It also has alarm triggered recording which will send alerts with images to the designated e-mails and FTP address.
