What that means is the panel will drop power to the aux + if a fire alarm is cancelled but the fire zone is still shorted. Unfortunately, This will do you no good for a latching strobe. Furthermore, the 4110 does not support a relay ...

The panel is a Vista 4110xmp. On the schematic under the Aux. Power Output it says "Interrupts for Fire Alarm Reset". Do I still need a relay?

If you use the Aux outputs, the strobe will be on continuously; you need a switching output separate from the siren.
